Service interruption via ath11k socket-buffer leaks

Resource leak in the Linux Kernel ath11k driver allows local users to interrupt service through failed Wake-on-Wireless commands. The ath11k_wmi_wow_host_wakeup_ind and ath11k_wmi_wow_enable paths return an ath11k_wmi_cmd_send error without freeing the allocated socket buffer.
