Kernel state corruption via inverted softirq unlock order

Race condition in nft_inner in the Linux Kernel allows remote attackers to corrupt netfilter state via tunneled packets. The nft_inner error path calls local_bh_enable() before local_unlock_nested_bh(), exposing per-CPU tunnel context while its nested bottom-half lock remains held. A target must process concurrent GRE, UDP, or Geneve traffic through administrator-deployed inner rules; affected kernels can read out-of-bounds memory, crash, hang, or deadlock on PREEMPT_RT.
