Denial of service via control-URB memory leak

Resource leak in the btmtk driver in the Linux Kernel allows local users to exhaust memory by triggering USB control-transfer error paths. The control-URB path allocates urb->setup_packet but omits its release when usb_submit_urb fails and when a submitted URB is killed. The btmtk driver and a MediaTek USB Bluetooth device must be in use; repeated failures consume kernel memory until system service is interrupted.
