Spurious warning via incorrect folio anonymity test

Improper validation in the Linux Kernel allows local users to trigger a spurious kernel warning during process teardown. In zap_nonpresent_ptes(), the unmap path applies vma_is_anonymous() to a private file-backed mapping even though its migrated folio can satisfy folio_test_anon(). Reachability requires device-private page migration, such as a GPU using HMM, and teardown of that mapping; the published behavior is a warning rather than a crash or data compromise.
