Remote denial of service via RBUF EEE

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases allows remote attackers to stop RX traffic or crash Broadcom GENET hosts. bcmgenet_eee_enable_set sets RBUF_EEE_EN and RBUF_PM_EN in RBUF_ENERGY_CTRL, causing RBUF to stop forwarding received frames to DMA after MAC EEE becomes active. A reachable GENET interface on an EEE-capable link is required; sustained traffic can force LPI transitions, producing silent connectivity loss and, on some boards, a kernel paging fault.
