Local MAC bypass via ptrace transition race

Race condition in the Linux Kernel LSM interface allows local users to bypass SELinux or AppArmor controls via lsm_set_self_attr(). The syscall invokes the LSM transition hook without holding cred_guard_mutex, allowing concurrent ptrace attachment or detachment to race the authorization check. An unprivileged same-UID user can coordinate both operations to commit an unauthorized security context and gain access denied to the prior confined context.
