Directory-name disclosure via unchecked path joining

Path traversal in @fastify/static 8.0.0 through 9.1.0 allows remote attackers to list names outside the configured static root. The dirList.path() function passes the request path to path.join() without checking that the resolved directory remains beneath the configured root. Directory listing must be enabled through the list option; exploitation is unauthenticated and reveals directory and file names, but not file contents.
