Kernel memory exhaustion via failed NVMe mapping

Resource leak in Linux Kernel 6.18 through 6.18.33 and 7.0 through 7.0.10 allows local users to exhaust memory via NVMe ioctls. In nvme_map_user_request, the integrity-mapping error path checks a local bio pointer that remains NULL instead of unmapping req->bio, retaining the mapped allocation. Exploitation requires permission to issue a metadata-bearing NVMe ioctl and induce an integrity-mapping failure repeatedly; the bounded consequence is local service interruption from memory exhaustion.
