Kernel crash via uncleared HMB scatterlist pointer

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel nvme-pci driver allows attackers to crash the kernel after an HMB setup I/O error. nvme_free_host_mem() frees dev->hmb_sgt without clearing it, so the nvme_probe() error path calls the function again and dereferences the stale scatterlist. Reaching the crash requires successful HMB allocation, failure of nvme_set_host_mem(), and a second cleanup call; the demonstrated trigger is an unstable PCIe link to a Thunderbolt-attached NVMe device.
