Local kernel crash via double folio unlock

Race condition in the Linux Kernel netfs subsystem allows local users to crash the kernel through concurrent network-filesystem writes. netfs_unlock_abandoned_read_pages() ignores NETFS_RREQ_NO_UNLOCK_FOLIO and unconditionally unlocks a folio that netfs_write_begin() then unlocks again. Triggering requires a local process to win the read/write race on a netfs-backed file; the observed result is a kernel BUG and system service interruption.
