Kernel memory corruption via duplicate shaper leaves

Linux Kernel 6.13 allows local users with CAP_NET_ADMIN to trigger a kernel double-free through a crafted net shaper GROUP request. net_shaper_nl_group_doit() accepts duplicate NET_SHAPER_A_LEAVES handles, records the same old-parent pointer twice in old_nodes[], and frees it twice during cleanup. The operation requires CAP_NET_ADMIN; the record establishes memory corruption but does not claim a crash, privilege escalation, or code execution.
