Register disclosure and crash via aligned snapshot reads

Out-of-bounds MMIO reads in affected Linux Kernel releases allow local users to disclose register data or crash Qualcomm MSM devices. The MSM display snapshot path rounds each DSI register region to 16 bytes despite a four-byte offset, so it reads past the region; msm_disp_state_dump_regs() also allocates 16 times the required buffer. An unprivileged local app must induce a display-error snapshot on affected DSI 6G hardware; excess reads can enter a devcoredump, while aborts or memory pressure can crash or hang the host.
