Kernel memory corruption via unchecked BPF CPU index

Out-of-bounds access in Linux Kernel allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via a crafted BPF cgroup iterator program. The BPF-facing css_rstat_updated() kfunc uses its caller-supplied CPU index for per-CPU rstat lookups without validating that the CPU is possible. Reaching the write requires CAP_BPF and CAP_PERFMON; an invalid index can disclose or corrupt kernel memory and trigger an oops, panic, or hang.
