Local page-cache corruption via in-place RxRPC decryption

Page-cache corruption in the Linux Kernel RxRPC subsystem allows local users to alter shared file-backed data via loopback traffic. The receive path decrypts splice-shared DATA fragments in place inside an sk_buff, modifying the sender's page-cache-backed pages instead of private storage. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access, control of both ends of an encrypted RxRPC loopback call, and splice-based shared fragments; no remote packet path is involved.
