Local denial of service via leaked exec queue

Resource leak in Linux Kernel 6.13 through 6.18.33 and 7.0 through 7.0.10 allows local users to cause denial of service. In xe_oa_stream_open_ioctl(), an exec queue width greater than one returns EOPNOTSUPP directly instead of taking err_exec_q, leaking the reference from xe_exec_queue_lookup(). The ioctl must reach the Xe OA path with a multi-width exec queue; each leak pins the exec queue and its xe_file private state indefinitely.
