NVMe I/O interruption via leaked dma_vec tracking

Resource exhaustion in the Linux Kernel NVMe PCI driver 6.17 through 7.0.10 allows remote attackers to interrupt NVMe I/O. The P2P PRP completion path retains an allocated dma_vec tracking object even though peer-to-peer memory is never unmapped, exhausting the single-element dmavec pool. Reachability requires an NVMe-oF server with p2pmem-enabled namespaces backed by local PCIe NVMe; without in-band authentication, a remote read or write causes persistent resource failures until reboot.
