DMA mapping leak via NVMe data setup errors

DMA mapping resource leakage in the Linux kernel 6.17 allows attackers to cause an unspecified impact through NVMe PCI data setup errors. In drivers/nvme/host/pci.c, PRP and SGL setup leaves the initial DMA iterator mapping active when tracking-descriptor allocation fails; invalid bio_vec detection also returns without unmapping it.
