Local privilege escalation via cached request use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel blk-mq allows local users to gain kernel privileges through a block I/O submission race. The submission path peeks at cached_rqs before a possible sleep, while a plug flush can call blk_mq_free_plug_rqs and free the still-referenced request. A local low-privileged process must batch plugged I/O and induce the sleep-and-flush window; success enables kernel-memory read or write, kernel-context execution, or a host crash.
