Device-removal hang via skipped SCSI queue restart

Denial of service in the Linux kernel SCSI core allows remote attackers to hang SCSI device removal during host recovery. scsi_run_host_queues() iterates with shost_for_each_device(), whose scsi_device_get() filter skips SDEV_CANCEL devices and leaves their requeued commands unstarted. The host must be recovering while a partially removed SCSI device has queued requests; the bounded consequence is a device-removal hang.
