Denial of service via cleared mirred loop state

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 7.0.11 allows local users with network-administration privileges to sustain packet loops. The net/sched mirred action defers ingress redirects into the backlog and clears sched_mirred_dev, discarding device-loop state before re-entry. Reachability requires permission to configure TC filters across interfaces; affected packets then recirculate without reported code execution or data exposure.
