Kernel panic via unchecked teardown queue pointers

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel MANA driver allows local users to cause a kernel panic during queue teardown. After queue allocation fails partway, mana_chn_setxdp(), mana_destroy_vport(), mana_fence_rqs(), and mana_dealloc_queues() dereference or iterate freed-and-NULL apc->rxqs or apc->tx_qp without guards. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a partial MANA queue-allocation failure; the reported consequence is host availability loss.
