Kernel exception via unchecked zero divisor

Division by zero in the Linux Kernel SCD30 sensor driver allows local users to trigger a kernel exception through a sysfs write. The scd30_write_raw function divides 1,000,000,000 by the unvalidated fractional value val2 while processing IIO_CHAN_INFO_SAMP_FREQ. Reachability requires local write access to sampling_frequency with the SCD30 driver bound to sensor hardware; a zero fractional value triggers the exception.
