Local privilege escalation via DRM handle race

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 6.18.32 through 6.18.34 and 7.0.9 through 7.0.11 allows local users to gain kernel privileges via DRM ioctls. drm_gem_change_handle_ioctl leaves the old handle in the IDR after releasing table_lock, allowing concurrent GEM_CLOSE to free an object still referenced by the new handle. Access to a DRM render or card node is required; attacker-controlled racing threads can disclose or corrupt kernel memory, escalate privileges, or crash the host.
