Local service interrupt via out-of-order KFD ioctls

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel amdkfd SVM handling allows local users to interrupt kernel service through KFD ioctls. svm_range_set_attr locks process_info->lock without rejecting NULL when kfd_ioctl_svm precedes kfd_ioctl_acquire_vm. Reachability requires an AMD GPU, the amdkfd compute driver, local device access, and the out-of-order ioctl sequence; no privilege gain or data exposure is established.
