Local GPU memory corruption via unsupported fence writes

Improper command validation in affected Linux kernels allows local users to corrupt GPU memory through VCN v2.5 user-fence writes. The vcn_v2_5 ring initializer leaves no_user_fence clear, so DRM_AMDGPU_CS accepts a user-fence chunk and the hardware misdecodes the 64-bit completion-write address. Render-node access on an AMD Instinct MI100 is required; the write exposes or corrupts GPU-mapped buffers and triggers engine hangs or GPU resets.
