Local privilege escalation via unsupported JPEG fence writes

Improper input validation in Linux Kernel 7.0 through 7.0.9 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via AMDGPU JPEG user fences. The JPEG v5.3.0 ring accepts 64-bit user-fence submissions even though its engine cannot perform those writes safely, allowing GPU-initiated writes to attacker-chosen GPU virtual addresses. Access to a /dev/dri/renderD* node is required; the resulting primitive enables kernel disclosure, code execution, privilege escalation, or a GPU hang or reset.
