Unauthenticated database disclosure via unescaped wppa-supersearch parameter
Published May 18, 2026 · Updated May 18, 2026
SQL injection in WP Photo Album Plus before 9.1.11.001 allows remote attackers to read WordPress database data via wppa-supersearch. The wppa_get_photos() owner-search branch concatenates the parameter's data field into a quoted SQL string without parameterization or escaping. No authentication is required, but a public page must render a WPPA shortcode; exploitation supports blind extraction of sensitive records such as password hashes.
