Authenticated internal network access via unrestricted URL fetch

Server-side request forgery in ScenarioImport in Huginn 2022.08.18 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to issue HTTP GET requests. The fetch_url callback accepts any HTTP or HTTPS URL and passes it directly to Faraday.get without blocking loopback, private, link-local, or redirect targets. Any registered account can probe internal services through response and timing differences or read sensitive data when a target returns valid scenario JSON.
