Server crash via oversized JavaScript compilation

Denial of service in SurrealDB before 2.6.1 and before 3.0.0-beta.3 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via queries. Built-in string functions construct an oversized string that QuickJS-NG compiles through the embedded JavaScript runtime, triggering a null pointer dereference. Reachability requires scripting and arbitrary-query access; enabled guest access also permits remote unauthenticated exploitation, and the process remains down until manually restarted.
