Authenticated server crash via unbounded type recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in SurrealDB before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via nested type annotations. The kind parser omits the configured recursion guard around parse_concrete_kind and parse_inner_kind, allowing recursive OPTION and array types to exhaust memory. Query execution privileges and WebSocket /rpc access are required; one crafted message terminates the process without reported data disclosure or modification.
