Authenticated write denial via LIVE query error propagation

Denial of service in SurrealDB before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to block table writes through a malicious LIVE query. An error from a typed function in a LIVE query WHERE clause propagates through the notification path and rolls back each triggering write. Select permission alone is sufficient to block CREATE, UPDATE, and DELETE operations by every user, including root, while the query remains active.
