CVE-2026-63746Network attack vector

Protected record disclosure via unfiltered graph scans

Published Jul 20, 2026 · Updated Jul 20, 2026

Incorrect authorization in SurrealDB before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read protected records through graph traversals. GraphEdgeScan and ReferenceScan fetch records directly from storage without passing them through Document::pluck_select, so target-table SELECT rules are skipped. Exploitation requires select access to a graph-connected starting table, and disclosure remains confined to reachable records in the current database.
