Incorrect authorization in SurrealDB before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted records via crafted body fields. The value-path resolver selects same-named editable document fields for composite id field references instead of immutable RecordIdKey object components. Write access and rules that reference object-keyed id fields are required; namespace and database boundaries remain intact.
