Authenticated SSRF via incomplete hostname blacklist
Published Jul 20, 2026 · Updated Jul 20, 2026
Server-side request forgery in HyperDX before 2.31.0 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal services via webhook tests. The POST /webhooks/test path passes caller-supplied generic and IncidentIO URLs to fetch after validateWebhookUrl blocks only configured database hostnames, not private, loopback, link-local, or IPv6 literals. Any team member can use the server's network position to enumerate internal services or request cloud instance metadata.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
