Adjacent-network information disclosure via missing authentication
Published Oct 6, 2026 · Updated Oct 6, 2026
Missing authentication in Dell Container Storage Modules before 1.18.0 allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to read CSI driver information. The PowerFlex, PowerMax, and PowerStore CSI drivers leave a critical function without caller authentication; Dell has not identified that function or the information it returns. Exploitation requires adjacent-network reachability to an affected driver; write access and storage-array takeover are not established for this CVE.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
