Published Apr 15, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026
Use-after-free in XR in Google Chrome on Android before 147.0.7727.101 allows remote attackers to read out-of-bounds memory via crafted HTML. Google has not disclosed which XR object is freed prematurely or which operation later accesses it. A user must load the crafted page; the published description establishes a memory read, not code execution.
