Authenticated file disclosure via unvalidated project paths
Published Sep 18, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026
Path traversal in Perses before 0.54.0-rc.0 allows remote authenticated users to read server files through list endpoints. List handlers bind the request-controlled project query parameter into a resource Query without ValidateID, then use it to select file-system database paths. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and the file-system database, and exposes readable YAML or JSON files plus other file-backed project resources.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
