Authenticated-session script execution via unencoded editor parameters

Reflected XSS in LimeSurvey Community Edition 7.0.5 allows remote attackers to run script in an authenticated user's browser. HtmlEditorPop::index() passes the text and name parameters through sanitize_xss_string(), while pop_editor_view.php inserts them unencoded into the title element and inline JavaScript. The attacker needs no account, but an authenticated user must open the crafted URL; injected code runs with that session's origin and permissions.
