Arbitrary file write via manifest name traversal

Path traversal in Trivy before 0.72.0 allows attackers to write files to arbitrary user-writable paths via a crafted plugin manifest. In pkg/plugin/manager.go, the installer decodes plugin.yaml and uses its name field to derive the plugin directory and copied manifest path under ~/.trivy/plugins, but the pre-fix code joined that untrusted value directly and let ../ or absolute names escape the root. Exploitation requires a user to install or run an attacker-controlled third-party plugin, such as through trivy plugin install or trivy plugin run; plugins from the official Trivy plugin index are not affected.
