Data disclosure via unquoted query operands
Published Oct 13, 2026 · Updated Oct 13, 2026
SQL injection in Payload CMS before 3.90.0 allows remote authenticated users to read protected data via crafted query filters. The SQLite query builder interpolates in and not_in array values into raw SQL without quoting them, allowing accepted strings to become SQL expressions. Exploitation requires read plus create or update access to a collection containing a JSON field or blocks stored as JSON; the published demonstration extracts password-reset tokens indirectly, and richText fields are excluded.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
