CVE-2026-63307Network attack vector

Authenticated credential disclosure via unchecked datasource ownership

Published Jul 17, 2026 · Updated Jul 17, 2026

Authorization bypass in OtterMind Chat2DB before 5.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' database passwords. The GET /api/connection/datasource/{id} handler passes an attacker-chosen ID to dataSourceService.queryExistent without checking datasource ownership, then returns the decrypted password field. The flaw is limited to multi-user web deployments, and non-admin access is sufficient to enumerate datasource IDs and disclose stored credentials without modifying data.
