Authenticated file disclosure via unnormalized URI paths
Published Jul 28, 2026 · Updated Jul 28, 2026
Path traversal in OpenSolution Quick.Cms 6.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with admin privileges to read files via HTTP. The URI path handler resolves and serves attacker-supplied paths without normalizing ../ sequences, allowing requests to escape the webroot into a sibling directory. Administrative authentication is required, and the documented impact is limited to disclosure of file contents reachable in that sibling directory.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
