Application denial of service via primary-language deletion

Client-side security enforcement in OpenSolution Quick.CMS 6.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The language-deletion API accepts a direct request to delete the primary language without enforcing the administration interface's prohibition on that operation. Administrator access is required for direct exploitation; deletion leaves the application unavailable, while a separate CSRF flaw can make an authenticated administrator trigger the request.
