Authenticated service crash via oversized request allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in affected Elastic Kibana releases allows remote authenticated users to crash the service with an oversized request. Kibana's request-payload processing allocates heap memory for user-supplied data without a safe bound, allowing available process memory to be exhausted. Low-privilege authenticated access is sufficient, and exhaustion terminates Kibana and interrupts service for all users.
