Arbitrary file read via path traversal

Path traversal in the Logto Tunnel npm package before 0.3.9 allows remote attackers to read local files via crafted asset paths. The createStaticFileProxy flow in packages/tunnel/src/commands/tunnel/utils.ts joins request.url to --experience-path and opens the result without decoding, normalizing, or verifying that the resolved path stays under the configured static root. Exposure requires --experience-path to be enabled and the tunnel port to be reachable; successful requests disclose any file readable by the logto-tunnel process, with published impact limited to read-only access.
