Authenticated server crash via Canvas resource exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in affected Elastic Kibana versions allows remote authenticated users to terminate the server process via Canvas requests. Elastic identifies excessive allocation in Canvas but has not disclosed the request handler or the resource whose allocation is left unbounded. Any deployment permitting authenticated users is exposed, and one low-privileged account can interrupt service for every user.
