Authenticated data disclosure via altered NoSQL queries
Published Sep 1, 2026 · Updated Sep 1, 2026
NoSQL injection in Elastic Kibana 9.4.0 through 9.4.4 and 9.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to read unauthorized data. The affected query management capability incorporates crafted input into data queries without preserving the intended query logic. Exploitation requires the capability to be enabled and the user's role to have access to its query interfaces; reported impact is limited to disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
