Command execution via nested parameter expansion

Command injection in Roo Code 3.54.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through auto-approved shell input. The parseCommandLine routine replaces parameter expansions with opaque placeholders before checking nested command substitutions, so getCommandDecision validates only the allowlisted outer prefix. Exploitation requires Always Approve Execute and attacker influence over an agent-proposed command, such as indirect prompt injection, and runs code with the extension's host privileges.
