Unauthenticated SSRF via single-address DNS validation

SSRF in the January media proxy in Stoat Backend before 0.14.0 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP resources via crafted DNS records. The url_is_blacklisted function validates only the first resolved address, while reqwest retries every cached address and can connect to an unchecked private or loopback address. Exploitation requires control of a hostname with ordered DNS answers and January network reachability to the target; matching responses can expose internal content.
