Agent-level ticket reassignment via missing authorization
Published Jul 16, 2026 · Updated Jul 16, 2026
Missing authorization in Perfect Support Ticketing & Document Management System 0 through 1.7 allows remote authenticated users to reassign tickets. The Support Agent assignment control accepts additions and removals for tickets assigned to the acting Agent without checking whether that role may manage assignees. An Agent account and an assigned ticket are required; the user can add or remove any account, including a Superadmin, from that ticket's Support Agent field.
